How to Order Low Carb at Buffalo Wild Wings

Anyone eating keto, low carb, low sugar, or diabetic friendly can enjoy some:

Keto Friendly Wings (under 5g carbs)

Wings are the number one option at BDubs. You won’t feel out of place ordering them. Below I’ll walk you through exactly which wing and sauce combos are low carb, even if you eat a lot. The Buffalo Wild Wings Keto options rock!

With order sizes ranging from 6 to 30 wings plus all the buffalo wild wings keto sauces, it can get tricky fast. If you’re in strict ketosis, you’ll need to manage your protein and fat intake. You can download the buffalo wild wings nutrition menu and calculate your net carbs.

To make it easy, I’ll list out all the wing & sauce options under 5g of carbs.

2 basic ways to order wings a B-Dubs:

  • Traditional – YES keto friendly
  • Boneless – NO not keto friendly

The traditional option is the only way to stay low carb here.

Even the 6 count boneless wings with no sauce, come in at (Calories 360, Carbs 20g, Fat 19g, Protein 29g) making all boneless options off limits.

Note: Cauliflower Wings are NOT low carb friendly because they are breaded

  • Dry Seasonings – YES all keto friendly
  • Signature Seasonings – SOME are keto friendly

Traditional wings have zero carbs but the carbs included in the sauces will creep up on you as the order size increases.

No croutons. No breaded chicken. Mixing greens, chicken and one of these dressings will keep you under 5g of carbs. Boom!
